Last December, ClimAGE attended the end-of-year collective workshop organised as part of the CSR coaching offered by the BTP 77. As committed as ever to the approach, we were able to exchange our good practices and discuss the obstacles we encounter with the SMEs of the BTP 77 who also follow the coaching. We can only advise any company that is still hesitant not to wait any longer and to engage in a CSR approach because it is both structuring and motivating. It helps to enhance the company's image and to differentiate itself from the competition. We act according to our means and the time we can devote to it. There are no small actions, every gesture counts.
If you would like to join the adventure and begin the coaching in 2023, please contact the FFB of Seine-et-Marne.

As part of the "Building Contractor" training provided by the ESJDB (School of Higher Education of Young Building Leaders), the class of 220 IDF 55, of which one of ClimAGE's employees is a member, carried out a community project entitled Ramène ta fraise (Bring your strawberry) in Courville-sur-Eure (28). The project was inaugurated last week. The aim of this project was to help the T'Cap association by restoring and fitting out the "Miam Zaune", a room that will serve as a kitchenette and office for the association. The goal of this "Miam Zaune" is to federate actions to launch a future collective learning garden and to raise awareness about the seasonality of planting and harvesting.

September 2022
Last Thursday 29 September, ClimAGE participated in the General Meeting of the FFB Ile-de-France Est whose theme was "Believing in the future: adapting to a changing world". In the first part of the evening, we got the opportunity to attend two workshops to better understand the upcoming deadlines in terms of mobility. Several car dealers were also there to show their light commercial vehicles with alternative engines to diesel. The evening continued with a dinner debate "2035: believing in the future", during which the FFB presented five prospective scenarios that opened up a dialogue on how construction companies could adapt their strategies in the coming years. It was an evening full of interaction. To all members of the FFB, do not hesitate to go to the different FFB events organised in your region. To the construction companies who are not members yet, do not hesitate to join!
