PRESERVATION OF THE ENVIRONMENT

We are committed to taking into account and reducing the environmental negative impacts of our activities. To this end, we:

• raise our employees' awareness of waste sorting 
• sort our office waste (paper, cups, coffee capsules, etc.)
  
• carry out the evacuation of construction site waste for reprocessing in a specialized regulatory channel
• collect used PPE from our employees so that it can be sorted and recycled

RESPONSIBLE EMPLOYER

We are committed to developing an open and involving social policy for the benefit of our employees. To this end, we:

• ensure that we assess and prevent professional risks related to the company's activity
• promote professional integration by hiring employees on apprenticeship contracts
• ensure that employees are involved in decision-making related to the company's development (choice of our values, CSE, etc.)
• promote the development of employees' skills

• have recourse to local professional integration structures
• use local suppliers and distributors, thus contributing to local economic activity
• aim to increase the number of work sites on which we intervene at the community level
