Thanks to our organisation and to the proximity to our clients, we are highly adaptable and quick to react. This enables us to respond quickly and efficiently to any situation that may arise in order to best handle our contracts.

Our maintenance contracts are sector-based so that each technician knows his installations, the sites in his sector and the specific intervention procedures perfectly. You will always have the same technicians (except on call) who will intervene for the maintenance of your HVAC systems. This allows us to create human relationships based on trust.

ClimAGE will be a reliable service provider that you can rely on to meet the requirements for the operation of your facilities.

Each time we intervene, we inform you in writing, together with photos, of the malfunctions observed and the foreseeable failures. They are indicated in the maintenance booklet left on site.

At the beginning of the contract, an audit is carried out, within two months of the date of signature, for all the equipment to be audited.

The audit allows the elements relating to the final scope to be specified and confirmed, from a technical, organisational and budgetary point of view. The list of installed equipment is then updated.

We carry out a complete inventory of the systems and note the operating status of the equipment maintained.
